Technical support is available for both registered purchasers and evaluation users.

  • Registered users qualify for Free lifetime priority technical support by email.
  • Evaluation versions qualify for support for the first 30 days only of the trial period.
  • Support is also available via the Forums at the Directory Opus Resource Centre.

If you are a registered purchaser, you can use the support links on the left of this page to perform common technical support actions yourself.

Use the Licence Manager to update your details, retrieve your Program Certificate, purchase additional licences and add or test optional program features.

If you are using an evaluation version, you qualify for 30 days of free technical support from the commencement of your trial period. If you have purchased Directory Opus, you will need your registration number to confirm your eligibility for support. Technical support will not be given if you do not supply your registration code and a valid email address.
